New Home Tallahassee LLC is a relatively new real estate brokerage in town - it was formed in late 2006 by Alison Riley, who was already a Realtor with a very successful record in her wake.

Alison envisioned a real estate brokerage whose agents would benefit from the experience and knowledge of a hands-on broker that went above and beyond what is commonplace in the business.  She felt that it was very important that when an individual was about to embark on a transaction involving what for many is the most expensive asset they own, that they should have access to a knowledge base wide enough to facilitate a smooth and satisfactory outcome consistently.

Thus was born New Home Tallahassee LLC. The broker is Dr. Alison Riley, CPA. Alison has a Ph. D. in Business Administration, part of which involves extensive expertise in Finance. Alison is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida (and earned the highest score on the exam in Florida at that time). Alison is also a Certified Home Marketing Specialist and a Certified Residential Specialist.

More importantly, the New Home Tallahassee agents are knowledgeable, smart and resourceful individuals, each with a strong real estate record of their own. The broker and agents work together on EVERY transaction, pooling their knowledge and experience, which results in the customer receiving a top-quality real estate experience.
